The Sunshine State is one of the hardest-hit states in today's housing market, and the availability of these services will help people sell their home. This is hilarious. The customer pays a one-time charge for all these services that adds up to $837 total, which is approximately $69.75 per month if amortized. Why not sign up for a Pre-Paid Legal Services (PPL) Life Events Legal Plan which will do all these services, plus Last Will and Testament preparation and lawsuit defense for the member/spouse, and moving traffic violation representation, IRS audit representation, and a 24/7 emergency legal hotline for the entire family? The price for the services? A whopping $26 per month. And if they want to add Identity Theft Monitoring, Notification, and Complete Restoration, it’s another whopping $9.95 per month! LOL.
In fact, where do you think they got the idea? PPL has been around for 35 years!
Half the price and twice the service. Big no-brainer. But it is a step in the right direction. I commend them for their attempts, but it is going to be hard to compete with PPL.

Great comment and feedback, ForSaleByOwner.com believes that this is a step in the right direction! Just to clarify your assumptions for our customers, we offer two services: legal consultation for $169 and sales contract review for $299.
Customers also have the option to buy both the legal consultation and sales contract review for a flat fee of $369, not the $837 you referenced in your post. Over a twelve month period, that is $30.75per month. We have partnered with an attorney that specializes in real estate transactions to ensure that our customers received top-quality legal assistance.
