CNBC Reports on ForSaleByOwner.com

As the leading "for sale by owner" real estate company, we're consistently called on by the media to provide our perspective on the real estate market. We've been working with CNBC on a feature story they decided to run on how people can save money by selling their home themselves. They interviewed one of our customers who, probably like you, once wondered if he could sell his home without an agent. Read what he had to say in the CNBC article and how he saved $30,000 using our services!

The Nat'l Realty numbers just came out and showed Miami in 2nd place q/ 22% in foreclosure. I live in Boynton Beach, FL, about 45 miles from Miami & I own 2 condos. 1 is down almost 50% and the more expensive one is down over 30%. The foreclosure rate in my small beach town is much greater than Miami. In fact, the mortgage companies are 4 to 6 months behind in forclosures. I'm trying to sell my smaller condo as a short sale for 50% of it's appaised value 2 yrs. ago. I've lost about $80K in equity but can no longer make 2 morgage payments. The rental income supported my pitiful
VA emtitlement as I won't receive soc. sec. or medicare. Hopefully, I won't be here when I lose my home.
